Needlework Retailer Ad Information

When you sign up for the NR ad during the registration process, you're guaranteed a place within the 2 page NR ad. The ad will always include your logo and your website address. As spacing permits, we may include such items as your email address and/or a one line phrase about your company. Please be aware that the items included in the ad are dependent upon the number of vendors participating and the design of the ad for that issue. In some instances, we might modify the 2 page ad to cross over multiple pages in a particular theme.
In other words, we make no guarantees as to the layout of the ad...only the information that will be presented in the ad. That said, last year's ads were very effective and extremely well done. To see these ads, click the links below.

Janet Foutin of Carousel Charts (email: marketing@carouselcharts.com, website: www.carouselcharts.com) will continue to produce the NR ads. Questions concerning the ad layout, logo requirements, etc., should be directed to Janet. We will, as time allows, present ad layout "options" to the group of vendors so that a consensus may be reached, however, as mentioned above, the final layout of the ad is determined by The Needlework Show.
Each 2 page ad is accompanied by coupon placements and/or editorial space for each show. Coupons and/or editorial space will be randomly assigned.
Deadlines:
You must register for the show by January 15th in order to reserve a place in the NR ad.
The NR deadline for the Mar/Apr issue is February 8th.
The NR deadline for the Sept/Oct issue is August 11th.
Logos and information will need to be sent to Janet well before these deadlines to finalize the ad.
In the event that your logo/information is NOT sent to Janet in a timely manner, your space within the ad will be forfeited. No refunds will be given.
If you choose to NOT sign up for the NR ad at the time of your registration, you may still participate as space allows. We will periodically update vendors as to the availability of additional spaces in the ad.
