Your Name:		To register for The Needlework Show, submit the registration form to the left. You may register for a show up to 10 days prior to the show start date. At our discretion, registrations may be accepted closer to the show opening. You must submit a valid email address. Once we have processed your registration, we will email with details for completing your booth. See below for a listing of information you may need.

Show Dates:	October 7th - 12th	Registration Fees Both Shows: $325* (not available after April) With a yearly registration, your General product page is left on the site year-round. We also automatically move your information from the spring show to the fall show (which saves you time!). Single Show: $225* *Late Fee: Registrations received within 30 days of a show require an additional $25 late registration fee.
Additional Images:	One show only	Additional Images The "regular" booth size is 20 images, however, if you would like to increase your booth space to 30 images, that option is now available. 10 Additional Images for One Show: $50.00 10 Additional Images for Both Shows: $75.00
Advertising:	Fall Issue	Needlework Retailer Ad In 2008, The Needlework Show had a 2 page ad in The Needlework Retailer prior to each show. If you would like to participate in this ad for the 2009 shows, please select either Both Issues or a Single Issue. The deadline for show registration, to participate in the ad, is January 15th, 2009. For more information about this option and to see examples of past ads, click here. Per issue: $45.00
Sponsorship:	6 months 1 year	Sponsorship To see sponsor ads, visit the sponsor page! 6 months: $50 1 year: $75.
Payment Type:	Check/Money Order PayPal	Payment Method Acceptable methods of payment are Check/Money Order and PayPal. Beginning January 1, 2009, we will no longer accept credit cards directly. However, your credit card can be used through Paypal (no Paypal account is needed). See the Payment Information page for more information.
Password (this is NOT your identifier, but a password you choose): This will be used to access your information during the show.

The following is a list of information you may need for your show booth: A company logo, if one is available. A company description. Your minimums, shipping information, acceptable payment options, and a personal message. The names and prices (wholesale and suggested retail) of up to 30 products. Detailed product descriptions, if desired. Images, in .gif, .jpg., or .bmp format, preferably at least 400x400. You are responsible for the quality of the images you submit! Cancellations: In the event that a paid vendor cannot participate in (or complete their show information for) The Needlework Show for any reason, the vendor's "booth" will not be displayed during the show. This is necessary so that we may present a quality, complete show. Product and booth information MUST BE submitted at least 72 hrs. prior to the opening of the show. Any submissions beyond this deadline may or may not be accepted for the show. No refunds will be given. In the event of technical failure, the show will be presented at the next earliest possible date.
