Registration FormDetails and Pricing
Your Name: To register for The Needlework Show, submit the registration form to the left. Registrations accepted up to 10 days prior to the show start date. At our discretion, registrations may be accepted closer to the show opening.

You must submit a valid email address. Email is our primary method of communicating with you.
Many of the emails that we send are automated. We send an email after you've registered, then again once we process your payment to provide additional information for setting up your booth. We also send emails concerning any show changes, reminders about deadlines, etc. If it seems as if we're not regularly contacting you, you're probably not receiving our emails! Please contact us!

Registration Fees
Registration deadline for any show is 5 days prior to the start of the show.
Both Shows: $400* (not available after the April show)
With a yearly registration, your General product page is left on the site year-round. We also automatically move your information from the spring show to the fall show (which saves you time!).
Single Show: $275*
*Late Fee: Registrations received within 30 days of a show require an additional $25 late registration fee.
Advertising: October Issue Needlework Retailer Ad
The Needlework Show places a 2 page ad in The Needlework Retailer prior to each show. To participate in this ad, select either Both Issues or the April Issue only. You do need to register for the show before you can sign up for the ad. For more information about this option and to see examples of past ads, click here.

Acceptable methods of payment are Check/Money Order and PayPal. A credit card can be used through Paypal (no Paypal account is needed).

The following is a list of information you may need for your show booth:
  • A company logo, if one is available.
  • A company description.
  • Your minimums, shipping information, acceptable payment options, and a personal message.
  • The names and prices (wholesale and suggested retail) of up to 30 products.
  • Detailed product descriptions, if desired.
  • Images, in .gif, .jpg., or .bmp format, preferably at least 400x400. You are responsible for the quality of the images you submit!

    Cancellations: In the event that a paid vendor cannot participate in (or complete their show information for) The Needlework Show for any reason, the vendor's "booth" will not be displayed during the show. This is necessary so that we may present a quality, complete show. Product and booth information MUST BE submitted at least 72 hrs. prior to the opening of the show. Any submissions beyond this deadline may or may not be accepted for the show. No refunds will be given. In the event of technical failure, the show will be presented at the next earliest possible date.
