You may register for a show up to 10 days prior to the show start date. At our discretion, registrations
may be
accepted closer to the show opening.
You must submit a valid email address.
Once we have processed your registration, we will email with details for completing your booth. See below for a listing of information you may need.

With a yearly registration, your General product page is left on the site year-round. We also automatically move your information from the spring show to the fall show (which saves you time!).

Registrations received within 30 days of a show require an additional $25 late registration fee.

In 2008, The Needlework Show had a 2 page ad in The Needlework Retailer prior to each show. If you would like to participate in this ad for the 2009 shows, please select either Both Issues or a Single Issue. The following is a list of information you may need for your show booth:
A company logo, if one is available.
A company description.
Your minimums, shipping information, acceptable payment options, and a personal message.
The names and prices (wholesale and suggested retail) of up to 30 products.
Detailed product descriptions, if desired.
Images, in .gif, .jpg., or .bmp format, preferably at least 400x400. You are responsible for the quality of the images you submit!
Cancellations:
In the event that a paid vendor cannot participate in (or complete their show information for) The Needlework Show for any reason, the vendor's "booth" will not be displayed during the show. This is necessary so that we may present a quality,
complete
show. Product and booth information MUST BE submitted at least 72 hrs. prior to the opening of the show. Any submissions beyond this deadline may or may not be accepted for the show. No refunds will be given. In the event of technical failure, the show will be presented at the next earliest possible date.
